We have achieved another significant milestone as we once again served as legal counsel for one of our most cherished and monumental projects, the cable car Kotor - Lovcen. This exceptional project is being developed by a project company and its sponsors, Novi Volvox and LEITNER.
In this instance, we had the privilege of working on one of the rare project financings approved in Montenegro by Crnogorska Komercijalna Bank AD - OTP Member. As trusted advisors, we provided invaluable guidance to our clients throughout the process of negotiating and finalizing agreements such as the loan agreement, security agreement, and direct agreement signed with OTP and the Government of Montenegro.
